The public intake may collect name, contact details, country and city, client type, practice area, general matter jurisdiction, urgency, deadline, parties for conflict screening, a short factual summary and technical security data. The form does not accept document uploads.

Information is used to screen conflicts, verify and route the enquiry, communicate about consultation or proposals, protect the form from abuse, maintain a delivery record and improve non-sensitive website performance.
